Jim Collins is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty-five years of financial and operational management experience in alcoholic beverage and technology industries.

In 2006, Dan Halsey Jr. and Jim Collins founded Halsey Bottling LLC.

From 2004 to 2007, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer of St. Supery Vineyards and Winery in Rutherford.

From 2003 to 2004, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer of Leslie Rudd Investment Company, a privately owned 30+ company conglomerate with interests in retail, food, wine, spirits, real estate, publishing and lodging throughout the United States.

From 2001 to 2003, Jim was a Partner in the firm of Tatum CFO Partners, LLP, a firm providing CFO services throughout the United States.

From 1999 to 2001, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer of Commtouch Software Ltd., an Israeli software company that he took public on NASDAQ, headquartered in Mountain View.   Later as the Chief Operating Officer Jim was responsible for managing a world-wide sales organization.

From 1990 to 1997, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer and the Vice President of Operations of Pete’s Brewing Company, one of America’s largest and fastest growing specialty brewers, named by Inc. Magazine as one of America’s 100 Fastest Growing Privately-held Companies in 1992, 1993 and 1994.  In 1995, Jim took Pete’s public on NASDAQ.

From 1982 to 1990, Jim practiced as a CPA at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP gaining extensive experience in technology, real estate, electric utilities and universities.

Dan Halsey, Jr. has over  twenty-five years experience bottling fine California Wines.

In  2006, Dan Halsey  Jr. and Jim Collins founded Halsey Bottling LLC . 

From 1999 to 2006, Dan was the manager of North Coast Bottling a mobile bottler serving wineries primarily located in Napa and Sonoma counties. 

From 1997 to 1999, Dan installed a new Bertolaso bottling line and then managed the line for William Hill Winery. 

In 1993, Dan managed a high speed bottling line for Associated Vintners Group (AVG) in Graten, Sonoma County, California. 

From 1983 to 1993 Dan worked for Estate Bottling where his mobile bottling clients ranged from small boutique family owned wineries to large wineries like Robert Mondavi Winery.
